Be A Hero In Their Story...
November is ADopt-a-senior
month!
Meet Cuddles, affectionately known as “Cubs,” an 11-year-old Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix with a heart full of love and a calm, laid-back personality. Cubs recently lost his person and was sadly surrendered to animal control by the family, but he’s now looking for a new home where he can enjoy his golden years.
We’ve taken great care of him, completing a dental procedure and bloodwork, and we’re happy to report he’s a healthy boy! Cubs is the ultimate companion—he loves to relax wherever his people are and is perfectly content being by your side. He’s house trained and also pee pad trained for those times when he’s left alone for more than a few hours. Cubs is good with other low-key dogs and even cats, making him a great fit for a calm and peaceful household.
At night, he usually sleeps at the foot of the bed or snuggled up next to his person, offering quiet companionship. Smaller dogs like Cubs often have long life spans, so he may still have many wonderful years ahead to share with the right family.
If you’re looking for a loyal, low-maintenance companion to keep you company, complete an adoption application to learn more about Cubs!
HOME for Christmas
UPDATE:
HALF of our Home for Christmas dogs were adopted during the campaign! SIX of our longest residents have found their forever people and we couldn't be more excited. Congratulations to Abbott, Koko, Claire Bear, Honey, Bluey, and Oriole will now be spending the holidays in their forever homes. Although the campaign is officially over, we are committed to working hard to get the remaining six dogs home for Christmas, too.
If you're looking to add another member to your family, please consider the other dogs of the campaign: Tony, Clark, Jenny, Balzey, or Liberty!
